User Licence & Terms of Use Agreement

By using this website, a service of ToolButton Inc. ("TB"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

  • You must be 13 years and older to use this site.
  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your sign-in name.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password, if any, secure.
  • You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users.
  • You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  • You are solely responsible for your conduct and any RSS/XML/RDF feeds, data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you use, submit, post, and display to the service.
  • You must not modify, adapt or hack the service or imply, suggest or market the service as if it were your own.
  • You must not modify, apapt or hack any third party content so as to falsely imply that it is associated with us.
  • You must not create or submit unwanted email to any of our users and members ("Spam").
  • You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  • You must not, in the use of our service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any part of this agreement will result in the termination of your account. While we prohibit undesireable conduct and content on this site, you understand and agree that we cannot be responsible for the content posted and you may be exposed to such materials and that you use the service at your own risk.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  • We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will post a "special" notice on the website. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined in good faith and common sense, but at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • To use certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account on the Web Feed Reader website that also collects and stores user information, such as your demographic and contact information.
  • We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts using or containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
  • We may gather information about the performance of the service, the use of new features and your usage patterns. We do not currently enable users to access, review, edit, or delete all information collected during use of the Service. However, we do give you the opportunity to review and correct your contact information, email address or demographic information you voluntarily provide by using our Contact page.
  • If you have comments on Wour service or ideas on how to improve it, please use our Contact Us. Please note that by doing so, you grant us permission to use and incorporate your ideas or comments without further compensation.

Copyright (What's Yours is Yours)

  • We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you use or provide to the Web Feed Reader service. Your profile and content remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any content you have stored in the system.
  • We encourage users to contribute their content to the public domain or consider licensing their creations under a Creative Commons license.
  • TB undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws and will review all claims of copyright infringement received, removing content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:
    • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
    • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
    • A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit TB to locate the material;
    • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
    • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
    • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
